Important Update: Closure of ECDC Services

Dear students & staff,

Please be informed that the E-Commerce Delivery Centre (ECDC) at UTAR Kampar Campus and UTAR Sungai Long Campus will be DISCONTINUED with effect from 31 March 2026. AFFECTED SERVICES

Parcel Collection Service

• Parcels should no longer be addressed to ECDC.

• Kindly direct deliveries to your home / accommodation address or any nearest collection point instead.

Courier Delivery Service

• Users may visit any nearest courier company to ship their parcels directly.

IMPORTANT TIMELINE

16 March 2026, Monday

• Last day for receiving parcels and letters

• Any parcels or letters delivered to ECDC after this date will not be accepted

• To avoid parcels being delivered after 16 March 2026, customers are advised to stop using the ECDC address as the shipping address at least 7 days in advance, starting from 9 March 2026.

20 March 2026, Friday

• Last day for collection of uncollected parcels • If item not claimed within the period of this Notice, the item shall be treated as unclaimed property, and thereafter, any claim shall not be entertained by the University.

31 March 2026, Tuesday

• Last day of ECDC operation
